Updated Sizing Guidance (July 2025): Our insoles haven’t changed, only our suggested sizing. Based on customer feedback, we fine-tuned the chart (most adjustments are about half a size). If you’ve ordered before and want the same fit as your last pair, match by the insole length from your previous order to our sizing chart, not by shoe size. If all else fails, contact us and we’ll get you sized up in a jiffy.
Zero Drop Profile: Our thick flat insoles feature a traditional shape with a zero-drop profile and no arch support. Note that these insoles do not feature a wide toe box. For wide toe box shoes, compare the forefoot width of your existing insole with the forefoot measurements on our sizing chart; length can be ignored. You may then trim the insoles to fit as needed.

These insoles are perfect for increasing sole thickness and providing some comfort with my barefoot style shoes. I find most insoles to be too soft which causes problems with my knees and ankles, or they have contours and arch supports that cause discomfort. These are flat and firm while also providing good shock support for all day working on hard floors. I also appreciate them for adding sole thickness for my hiking shoes since most barefoot type shoes have really thin soles and as larger person I need a little more protection from the ground. The last me about 6 months of hard use. I was buying them on Amazon and was really happy to discover that I can buy direct from the company instead for the same price.
I bought these insoles to take up some volume in my new boots that were probably about one-half size too big. I contacted Run 619 to ask which thickness they suggested, and although it’s not an exact science, the 6mm thickness was suggested. I’m happy to say that the 6mm ones worked perfectly for me… totally satisfied!

These worked great from the moment I put them in my house shoes. I walk on concrete all day and have concrete floors in my downstairs with these in my zero drop shoes I do not notice how hard my floors are and my heel doesn't hurt. Better than anything I can buy at another store.
