These for great! First time I've found insoles that aren't way too thick!Quality and hold upThin like the original so they don't change your shoe fitAnd wide!!!!Fit in my Topo shoes!Highly recommend

This is an awesome insert if you need a little extra cushion underneath the shoe's factory insole. The sizing is perfect. I didn't have to cut it at all to make it fit my 10.5" Hokas.

​I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for these because they truly saved my ability to run comfortably.​I have a unique situation: after breaking my left tibia and fibula years ago, my legs ended up slightly different lengths. Over time, my right foot compensated for the impact, causing my arch to collapse and my foot to become wider than my left.​As a runner, I love high-end racing shoes, but they are notorious for having narrow midfoots. I struggled constantly with the inner edges of stock insoles cutting into my arch. I tried several different brands, but nothing worked until I found these 619 Greens.​Why they work:​True Wide Fit: They are wide enough to cover the midfoot area so there is no "cutting" sensation on the arch.​Zero Drop: They mimic the geometry of stock racing insoles perfectly without altering the shoe’s intended feel.​Perfect Cushioning: They offer a bit more protection than standard liners but aren't so thick that they ruin the responsiveness of an expensive racing shoe.​If you have a collapsed arch or a wider foot and are tired of narrow "performance" insoles digging into your feet, get these. They were exactly what I needed.

Much better than a solid shoe lift. These work for weeks and then I swap it for the other when one gets a little mashed. I use them part time in one shoe to level hips from a previous surgery. I wouldn't use these if I was looking for comfort. So not comfortable. No arch support. 3mm thick

I wear a size 9 boot the 9.5 insole fit right in. did not need to trim.

If you have flat feet and have pain in your arches, these along with Orthofeet shoes are the best, Orthofeet shoes have a flat insoles. I remove their insole and add 619. Finally, no pain whatsoever!

These worked perfect!! I had a pair of boots that I loved but needed a little cushion. These are soft but didnt add too much height. I already ordered a second pair.

Super nice quality. These will form to your foot over time so you’re getting more of a customized insert. They have the perfect amount of squish to them in my opinion.

Great product.

The thicker ones are better than the thin, over they get broken in you will have a slight indent of your feet. They are a good blank canvas and easy to cut to fit so I would err on the larger size to be safe.

I love these. If you are looking to walk on clouds, don’t bother with these. If you want firm support with zero drop, these are perfect. I use them in my boots, and they hold up for over a year with regular use. I also really like how they form to your feet after a while. 10/10

I've been using these for 2 years. I use them in a zero drop composite toe work boot on concrete 10 a day. I weigh 299 lbs +- they last me 4 to 5 months depending on the time of year. I walk a lot more At work in spring and summer. I had plantar fasciitis really bad. Pain into my knees and back. Physical rehab was not helping. The foot Dr on YouTube turned me on to zero drop instead of heavy arch support(which was not helping). Switching to a zero boot and replacing it's insert with this insert, made do I can be 95% pain free. At 54 and 300 lbs you're never gonna be 100% pain free. I bear the hell out of this body for far to long. Seriously the best 25$ I spend every 120 days.

Really good shoe inserts, it takes a little time to break them in, I have not had any issues with them since I bought them
