Multiple Uses: Our WIDE EE, 4.5mm, firm, Run 619 insoles can replace factory insoles, fit under custom orthotics, or help fill extra space in oversized shoes and boots, provided there is room. Ideal for runners, walkers, hikers, and anyone constantly on the move.
Precise Fit and Function: Our flat insoles, suitable for both men and women, are available in eight sizes to ensure a more accurate fit. They can also be easily trimmed with scissors for even greater precision. Perfect for hiking, running, walking, or a long work shift.
Updated Sizing Guidance (July 2025): Our insoles haven’t changed, only our suggested sizing. Based on customer feedback, we fine-tuned the chart (most adjustments are about half a size). If you’ve ordered before and want the same fit as your last pair, match by the insole length from your previous order to our sizing chart, not by shoe size. If all else fails, contact us and we’ll get you sized up in a jiffy.
Zero Drop Profile: Our shoe insoles feature a traditional shape with a zero-drop profile and no arch support. These orthotics offer a lightweight, firm layer of neutral EVA, making them suitable for running shoes, walking shoes, work boots, hiking boots, or any footwear that accommodates shoe inserts. Note that these insoles do not feature a wide toe box. For wide toe box shoes, compare the forefoot width of your existing insole with the forefoot measurements on our sizing chart; length can be ignored. You may then trim the insoles to fit as needed.
Durable High-Density Foam: Crafted from closed-cell, firm EVA, our shoe insoles are designed to alleviate discomfort on hard surfaces. The high-rebound material ensures lasting performance for months, whether you're running, walking, hiking, or on your feet at work.
30-Day Guarantee: We're committed to exceptional customer service. Order our Run 619 Cushion Orthotic Shoe Inserts now, and if you're not completely satisfied, simply email us for a hassle-free, no-questions-asked return.

They still haven't arrived, but I got a prompt reply from customer service and they will try to solve the problem.
Thanks for the review — glad you appreciated the quick response. The original order was shipped out the same day and was marked as delivered by USPS. When you let us know you didn’t receive it, we sent a replacement right away, which also shows as delivered. Hopefully one of those made it your way!
Work on my feet all day & these were used as an inserts under my Birki’s cork sole…they work amazingly well ! I’ve gone thru a number of brands that didn’t work because of them being too soft . Well done Run 619 ! Great product .
Thanks so much! Really glad to hear they’re holding up under long days on your feet — and that the firmness worked where softer inserts didn’t. Love that you’re using them with Birki’s cork soles too. Appreciate the support and the kind words!
Can't update my other review, that's a shame, I gave 1 star because I received a few review emails while I didn't have the item which is frustrating. Now that I have the insoles they are not bad, very basic and flat. But they should work good, hoping they break in and "mold" a bit, pretty sure they will. Even if they don't, it's exactly what I was looking for to put in my Merrell Moab hiking boots since the insoles those come with are very high arch support.
Thanks for coming back to update your experience. We really appreciate it. Totally get how the early review emails could be frustrating if the insoles hadn’t arrived yet. Glad to hear they’re what you were looking for: flat, basic, and no added arch. That’s exactly what we designed them for, especially as a swap for overly built-up stock insoles like the ones in the Merrell Moabs. Let us know how they work out once you’ve had more time with them.
