Run 619 MFM Performance Insoles are zero drop insoles with arch support engineered for durability and built to last through hundreds of miles. They deliver a balanced, responsive platform, structured enough for ultra-distance events, responsive enough for efficient turnover.
Not pillow soft, not rigid, a performance insole designed for serious miles.
----------------------------------------------
Responsive Heel + High-Density EVA Base: A targeted PU heel zone delivers balanced support, while the high-density EVA base provides a grounded feel that maintains shape under load and returns energy with each stride. The firmness you feel is intentional—it's what allows these insoles to last through 500+ miles instead of collapsing after a few weeks.
Deep Heel Cup + Medium Arch Support: Contoured for natural alignment and secure fit through long runs, hikes, and training sessions. A performance insole that balances support and ground feel—not a plush insert, not a rigid orthotic. Best for neutral to medium arches (most common foot type).
Zero Drop Platform: Keeps your foot level heel-to-toe for natural stride and reduced joint stress, promoting efficient, balanced movement. 5.5mm responsive platform balances protection and feedback—supportive enough for ultra distances, responsive enough for efficient turnover.
TPU Support Frame: Reinforced under the heel and midfoot for consistent structure and durability. Our zero drop insoles with arch support hold shape after hundreds of miles. Engineered to last through ultra-distance events and not collapse after a few weeks, like soft foam insoles.
11 Sizes + Trim-to-Fit Precision: Traditional shape works with standard footwear. Trim only if needed for an extra level of precision—more sizes mean better fit out of the box. Breathable, odor-resistant top layer. Not compatible with narrow racing flats, tight-fitting shoes, or shoes with non-removable insoles.

I’ve tried several different insoles before, and these are honestly some of the best. They’re super comfortable, give great support, and add just the right amount of cushion. The thickness is perfect—not too thin or too bulky. I put them in my walking shoes, and right away I noticed a difference on my long walks—my feet felt supported and less tired. They fit perfectly without needing any trimming, which was a nice bonus. I use them every day now, and they’ve held up really well. Great quality insoles and definitely worth keeping!
These Run 619 MFM Performance Insoles are a game-changer for anyone active, offering exceptional quality and support. The combination of a supportive arch and a deeply cushioned heel provides immediate comfort and helps to reduce fatigue during running or walking. The zero-drop platform ensures natural foot alignment, promoting stability and a more efficient stride, making them incredibly useful for any training regimen. Furthermore, the trim-to-fit feature allows for a custom, perfect fit in any shoe. The overall durability and performance make them an excellent investment for foot health, especially given their fantastic price point.
I have always tried to use insoles better than what you get with your regular shoes/sneakers partially because of low arches etc.The 619 MFM Performance Insoles were relatively expensive at about 50$. They come in a fancy bag which I find overkill, but are done well. The "Zero Drop Platform" means that the heel is relatively low with a little bit of cushioning in the middle whereas the front is relatively high. The fit is pretty good with the selected size being spot on for me and no extra cutting required to fit them into an old pair of sneakers which immediately felt so much better. Hope they will be supportive for a while.
Thanks for the detailed review and photos! Glad to hear the fit was spot on and that the insoles immediately gave new life to your sneakers. We hear you on the packaging, it’s meant to keep the insoles protected, but we’ll keep your feedback in mind. These were designed to hold up over the long haul, and we hope they continue to give you the support you’re looking for. Appreciate the 5-star support!
Soft and comfortable on feet. Fits great in my shoes. Nice thickness and support for wear all day.
Thanks for the 5-star review, Michelle! Glad to hear the fit, support, and comfort are working well for all-day wear. Appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
I found out about the insoles from Troy “Punisher” Croxdale on his Border to Border Triple Crown attempt . They add more comfort than factory insoles but not bulky at all. So far I am enjoying more comfort, I have ran a 1/2 marathon and hiked up to Job’s peak in the last two days and they have performed well for me.
Thanks for the great review! We’re glad the insoles have been adding comfort without bulk and that they’ve held up on both your half marathon and the Job’s Peak hike. We actually met Troy “Punisher” at the Tahoe 200 a few years ago, and like you, we’ve been unbelievably impressed with the challenge he’s taking on this year, but even more impressed by the kind and genuine person he is. We’re proud to have him putting Run 619 gear to the test in some of the toughest challenges out there, and we really appreciate your 5-star support!
