Multiple Uses: Our thick, firm, 6mm Run 619 insoles can replace factory insoles, fit under custom orthotics, or help fill extra space in oversized shoes and boots, provided there is room. Ideal for runners, walkers, hikers, and anyone constantly on the move.

Precise Fit and Function: Our flat insoles, suitable for both men and women, are available in eight sizes to ensure a more accurate fit. They can also be easily trimmed with scissors for even greater precision. Perfect for hiking, running, walking, or a long work shift.

Zero Drop Profile: Our shoe insoles feature a traditional shape with a zero-drop profile and no arch support. These orthotics offer a lightweight, firm layer of neutral EVA, making them suitable for running shoes, walking shoes, work boots, hiking boots, or any footwear that accommodates shoe inserts. Note that these insoles do not feature a wide toe box. For wide toe box shoes, compare the forefoot width of your existing insole with the forefoot measurements on our sizing chart; length can be ignored. You may then trim the insoles to fit as needed.

Durable High-Density Foam: Crafted from closed-cell, firm EVA, our shoe insoles are designed to alleviate discomfort on hard surfaces. The high-rebound material ensures lasting performance for months, whether you're running, walking, hiking, or on your feet at work.

30-Day Guarantee: We're committed to exceptional customer service. Order our Run 619 Cushion Orthotic Shoe Inserts now, and if you're not completely satisfied, simply email us for a hassle-free, no-questions-asked return.

Flat insert that works well with custom orthotics

At first I was disappointed that they sent me a box that had been obviously opened (see photos). I was going to send them back but after examining the inserts, I could see no evidence that they had been used so I decided to keep them.I have custom orthotic inserts that need to lay flat in the shoe bed in order for them to work properly. Unfortunately most insets that come with the shoe have built in arch support or thick curvature at the back of the shoe, which are beneficial to most folks but for me they are a hindrance for using my orthotics. In the past I've used Airpillow inserts, but they or way to soft and get chewed up by the orthotics. I needed something much more durable for an upcoming 200-mile through hike. These RUN 619 inserts are completely flat and are very study and look like they will hold up well with the orthotics. They are thicker than I anticipated but are about right for my shoes when I strip out the insert that came with the hiking shoes. Normally, I use 2 to 3 layers of Airpillow inserts, so this one layer of RUN619 inserts is about the same thickness. They are stiffer than I anticipated but yet comfortable at the same time. After a day of wearing them around the house, they molded to my feet and orthotics and felt very comfortable. I took them out for an 8-mile hike yesterday and they remained comfortable through the entire hike.I think I found what I've been searching for and will probably order a second pair for my other hiking boots.
