This is the second time I have purchased Run 619 insoles. What a surprise to receive the following letter with my order, "Hi Nigel, thank you for your order!, I wanted to inform you about two important details regarding your purchase. Firstly, due to unexpectedly high demand, we have oversold our factory seconds over the past few days. As a result, your order consists entirely of our brand-new insoles. Secondly, I understand that shipping from the U.S. to Australia can be costly. To help offset the extra shipping expenses, we've included an additional pair of insoles with your order.
