Updated Sizing Guidance (July 2025): Our insoles haven’t changed, only our suggested sizing. Based on customer feedback, we fine-tuned the chart (most adjustments are about half a size). If you’ve ordered before and want the same fit as your last pair, match by the insole length from your previous order to our sizing chart, not by shoe size. If all else fails, contact us and we’ll get you sized up in a jiffy.
- All insoles are unused and new in original packaging.
- Cosmetic blemishes can include but are not limited to pock marks and indentations on the sole side of the insoles, fabric discolorations, and off center or faded logos.
- THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON OUR COS-BLEM INSOLES. If you are unsure about sizing, style or have any questions please reach out before you order.
- Each order includes (2) pairs of insoles.
