Multiple Uses: Our EE Width, thin, flexible, flat inserts can replace factory insoles, fit over custom orthotics, provide a thin layer of firm cushion or provide additional support in tightly fitting shoes and boots, ensuring minimal bulk. Perfect for runners, walkers, hikers, and anyone constantly on the move.

Precise Fit and Function: Our EE width, thin, flat shoe insoles, suitable for both men and women, are available in eight sizes to ensure a more accurate fit. They can also be easily trimmed with scissors for even greater precision. Keep in mind, our thin insoles are on average 20% thinner than the original insoles in your footwear. For the best fit, ensure that your shoes or boots are not loose fitting. Ideal for hiking, running, walking, or enduring long work shifts with ease.

Updated Sizing Guidance (July 2025): Our insoles haven’t changed, only our suggested sizing. Based on customer feedback, we fine-tuned the chart (most adjustments are about half a size). If you’ve ordered before and want the same fit as your last pair, match by the insole length from your previous order to our sizing chart, not by shoe size. If all else fails, contact us and we’ll get you sized up in a jiffy.

Zero Drop Profile: Our wide shoe insoles feature a traditional shape with a zero-drop profile and no arch support. These orthotics offer a lightweight, firm layer of neutral EVA, making them suitable for running shoes, walking shoes, work boots, hiking boots, or any footwear that accommodates shoe inserts. Note that these insoles do not feature a wide toe box. For wide toe box shoes, compare the forefoot width of your existing insole with the forefoot measurements on our sizing chart; length can be ignored. You may then trim the insoles to fit as needed.

Durable High-Density Foam: Crafted from closed-cell, firm EVA, our shoe insoles are designed to alleviate discomfort on hard surfaces. The high-rebound material ensures lasting performance for months, whether you're running, walking, hiking, or on your feet at work.

30-Day Guarantee: We're committed to exceptional customer service. Order our Run 619 firm Cushion Orthotic Shoe Inserts now, and if you're not completely satisfied, simply email us for a hassle-free, no-questions-asked return.

Surprisingly good

I must say that I was quite surprised by these insoles. I have tried a number of flat/zero drop insoles and haven't loved any of them. I do want to preface my review by saying that these insoles are great for the well informed but will probably be awful for those who think that they are getting ultra soft cushy insoles because these are not those!I want to start off by addressing the firmness and density of these insoles. These are about as firm as the midsole in most of my shoes. Feeling more like a lasting board material than an insole at all. This means that while they do offer shock protection and a little bit of rebound, they are quite stable underfoot and not really cushy. As such they will slightly mold to your foot and your shoe but won't really collapse underfoot each time that you walk. The density feels about the same as the cork footbed on my classic Birkenstock. More firm than the eva versions too. Yet not as dense or as firm as veg tan leather. So, if you want something between cork and leather in density, these might be the answer. As for sizing, I got mine to put in some Jim Green Barefoot African Rangers. I wear a size 10.5 in these, and they are a 3E stich down construction, so they are quite wide. I went up in size and got the 11-13 models and they almost fit perfectly. Rather than trimming I kind of made them fit so that they developed a bit of a heel cup. I suggest others, who are considering these for zero drop shoes, do the same thing because flat insoles have a way of working themselves out the back of the shoe if they aren't super snug! Anyway, if you are over a 2E I'd go up to the next whole size, at least, in the wide models. If you want soft or plush insoles, these are not for you. If you want arch support, these are also not for you. If you want something firm underfoot but with a bit of padding, then you have a winner. Also, if you just want to take up some volume in a shoe that is a bit roomy, these should be a good option. Or covering up a roughed-up midsole or lasting board.I will say that I wish they came in 1.5-2mm thickness rather than 3 and 6 as some of my shoes are pretty low volume.Anyway, I enjoy them.

Great for High Volume Shoes

These are not your normal insoles. They are not soft. Why bother to buy soft insoles when they compress down? That is throwing away money. They are FIRM foam. They are to allow a person to adapt a high volume shoe to a low volume foot. After a little trimming they are great, While hiking my feet are not sliding from side to side inside the shoe. Trail feel is the same as before………….and no blisters!

Did What I Needed

I wear moccasins because neuropathy has taken away some sensation. I use some with a single leather sole for the best feel. But they are painful on anything small than gravel. So I put these in another pair. Stopped the rock pain and retained a lot of the feel.

Best flat insoles ever!

I tend to quickly wear through the insoles that come sewn into my shoes at the time of manufacture. I bought these to try and extend the life of some of my shoes, and they are perfect. I wanted something with NO arch support, as that hurts my feet. These actually keep my feet from feeling fatigued and allow me to wear my shoes for a longer time. They fit perfectly also!
