Multiple Uses: Our EE width, flexible, thin wide flat insoles can replace factory insoles, fit under custom orthotics, provide a thin layer of firm cushion or provide additional support in tightly fitting shoes and boots, ensuring minimal bulk. Perfect for runners, walkers, hikers, and anyone constantly on the move.
Precise Fit and Function: Our EE width, thin wide flat insoles, suitable for both men and women, are available in eight sizes to ensure a more accurate fit. They can also be easily trimmed with scissors for even greater precision. Keep in mind, our thin insoles are on average 20% thinner than the original insoles in your footwear. For the best fit, ensure that your shoes or boots are not loose fitting. Ideal for hiking, running, walking, or enduring long work shifts with ease.
Zero Drop Profile: Our thin wide flat insoles feature a traditional shape with a zero-drop profile and no arch support. These orthotics offer a lightweight, firm layer of neutral EVA, making them suitable for running shoes, walking shoes, work boots, hiking boots, or any footwear that accommodates shoe inserts. Note that these insoles do not feature a wide toe box. For wide toe box shoes, compare the forefoot width of your existing insole with the forefoot measurements on our sizing chart; length can be ignored. You may then trim the insoles to fit as needed.
Durable High-Density Foam: Crafted from closed-cell, firm EVA, our thin wide flat insoles are designed to alleviate discomfort on hard surfaces. The high-rebound material ensures lasting performance for months, whether you're running, walking, hiking, or on your feet at work.
30-Day Guarantee: We're committed to exceptional customer service. Order our Run 619 firm Cushion Orthotic Shoe Inserts now, and if you're not completely satisfied, simply email us for a hassle-free, no-questions-asked return.

Much better than a solid shoe lift. These work for weeks and then I swap it for the other when one gets a little mashed. I use them part time in one shoe to level hips from a previous surgery. I wouldn't use these if I was looking for comfort. So not comfortable. No arch support. 3mm thick
Thanks, Chris! We appreciate you sharing your experience. The Original Thin was designed to provide a firm, low-profile platform without added arch support, making it a great option when you need a simple 3mm lift that doesn't take up much space inside the shoe. We're glad the high-density material has worked well for your application and that you've found a system that works for you. Thanks for supporting Run 619!
I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for these because they truly saved my ability to run comfortably.I have a unique situation: after breaking my left tibia and fibula years ago, my legs ended up slightly different lengths. Over time, my right foot compensated for the impact, causing my arch to collapse and my foot to become wider than my left.As a runner, I love high-end racing shoes, but they are notorious for having narrow midfoots. I struggled constantly with the inner edges of stock insoles cutting into my arch. I tried several different brands, but nothing worked until I found these 619 Greens. Why they work:True Wide Fit: They are wide enough to cover the midfoot area so there is no "cutting" sensation on the arch.Zero Drop: They mimic the geometry of stock racing insoles perfectly without altering the shoe’s intended feel.Perfect Cushioning: They offer a bit more protection than standard liners but aren't so thick that they ruin the responsiveness of an expensive racing shoe.If you have a collapsed arch or a wider foot and are tired of narrow "performance" insoles digging into your feet, get these. They were exactly what I needed.
Thanks, Hung! We really appreciate you taking the time to share such a detailed review. One of our goals with the Original Thin Wide Flat is to provide a wider platform that works well in modern running shoes without changing the shoe's intended geometry, so we're thrilled to hear they solved a problem that other insoles couldn't. It's especially rewarding to hear they helped you stay comfortable in your racing shoes while preserving the responsive feel you were looking for. Thanks again for your support, and we wish you many more comfortable miles ahead!
These for great! First time I've found insoles that aren't way too thick!Quality and hold upThin like the original so they don't change your shoe fitAnd wide!!!!Fit in my Topo shoes!Highly recommend
Thanks, Stephen! We're glad to hear the wide shape worked well in your Topos. The Original Thin was designed for people who want a firm, supportive platform without the bulk of most factory insoles, so it's great to hear the thinner profile was a good fit for your needs. While the insole uses a traditional shape, it can be easily trimmed using your existing insole as a template for a more customized fit. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience and for supporting Run 619!
This is an awesome insert if you need a little extra cushion underneath the shoe's factory insole. The sizing is perfect. I didn't have to cut it at all to make it fit my 10.5" Hokas.
Thanks, Jeff! We're glad the Original Thin was a good fit in your Hokas. Many customers use them under their factory insole when they want a little extra cushioning and support without taking up much space inside the shoe. It's also great to hear the sizing matched up well right out of the box. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience and for supporting Run 619!
I wear a size 9 boot the 9.5 insole fit right in. did not need to trim.
