Updated Sizing Guidance (July 2025): Our insoles haven’t changed, only our suggested sizing. Based on customer feedback, we fine-tuned the chart (most adjustments are about half a size). If you’ve ordered before and want the same fit as your last pair, match by the insole length from your previous order to our sizing chart, not by shoe size. If all else fails, contact us and we’ll get you sized up in a jiffy.
Every pair sold in the Run 619 Flat Insoles Clearance section meets the same performance standards as our main line. Cosmetic blemishes can include pock marks, small indentations, fabric discolorations, or off-center logos — none affect performance or comfort.

I Was searching for flat, zero arch, fillers (3 mm, 4.5 mm) for my work boots for a while. I bought those leather sockless with Carbon fillers from turkey/India and they turned out to be a waste of money. These are great, I can move from boot to boot and they don’t fall apart or “melt and stick" to my boot sock liner. These are solid! I’ll get more as I need them, great buy. Happy I found this company. My boots fit a lot better. I'm very happy with this product. (I needed these in my Navy FLT Deck boots years ago, dang it!)
