I am liking these insoles. for whatever reason, i have started feeling the edges of the heel cup in on shoe, even after changing shoes. So went looking for a flat insole with support and these fit the bill.

I love them I didn't have to do anything to them I dropped them in to a pair of Shark shoes and it completely changed the fit, they are a rubber like shoe . But I will be in contact from time to time glad I found you all thanks again, Bill.

Very effective

Thin but supportive insoles. The size 13 wide fit my shoes perfectly. They may not look impressive and for people not looking for crazy arch support they do function. The pain in my f'd up neuropathic and plantar fasciitic feet has been calmed down. I recommend with the highest recommendation
