I bought these because of having a big toe injury. I was recommended to wear stiffer shoes or use a firmer insole than the ones in my barefoot shoes. So far these have been working great for that, with the added benefit of helping relieve some of the intensity of concrete walking; my feet aren't yet adapted enough for much of that and I was getting forefoot pain quite regularly. These insoles provide a bit more support than usual foam insoles and their firmness retains some of the felt ground responsiveness.
I ordered men's 10-11.5 as I have size 10 feet. Although the description says these insoles are not designed for a wide toe box, after trimming the length down the width was perfect for my wide toe box barefoot shoes.
I also ordered the 3mm wide insoles as I wasn't sure if some of my shoes had enough vertical toe height as their stock insoles were 3mm. It turns out they all work well with the 4.5mm, but the 3mm has been working well combined with a gel insole on top for days I need extra cushion for foot recovery.
Using this flat insole as a spacer in shoes that are too big. They are firm insoles so ideal for this purpose. They did the job well.
I’m planning to purchase again as a replacement for tje flat insole in my daughter’s running shoes. The quality is good.

I find these soles to be comfortable and they fit my Lems shoes as well as Jim Green boots.
One day in, these insoles are already making a difference over the old, worn-out insoles in my Topo Magnifly shoes! It's very hard to find good flat, zero-drop insoles, and these provide the right amount of cushion without changing the fit of the shoes. I didn't even need to cut them to fit! After a day of walking, my feet and knees felt a little better than before.
