Very dense material not soft .
Really good shoe inserts, it takes a little time to break them in, I have not had any issues with them since I bought them
I bought these to replace my hobbibear barefoot shoe inserts. I usually wear a 9 1/2 shoe and got the 9 inserts and they fit perfect and snug.If you are looking for firm inserts these are it, I have normal arches and usually any kind of arch support is very painful to wear.These molded to my feet and feel great. I bought the red ones too for my non barefoot shoes too.
I love these. If you are looking to walk on clouds, don’t bother with these. If you want firm support with zero drop, these are perfect. I use them in my boots, and they hold up for over a year with regular use. I also really like how they form to your feet after a while. 10/10
