from 213 reviewsReally great Insoles and service. I’ve pitched the stock insoles and now use these. They are much better support and the cover doesn’t wear out as easily as the stock insoles.
Work on my feet all day & these were used as an inserts under my Birki’s cork sole…they work amazingly well ! I’ve gone thru a number of brands that didn’t work because of them being too soft . Well done Run 619 ! Great product .
Can't update my other review, that's a shame, I gave 1 star because I received a few review emails while I didn't have the item which is frustrating. Now that I have the insoles they are not bad, very basic and flat. But they should work good, hoping they break in and "mold" a bit, pretty sure they will. Even if they don't, it's exactly what I was looking for to put in my Merrell Moab hiking boots since the insoles those come with are very high arch support.
Very good
I ordered the wide thick ones previously and I love them. Running, martial arts, etc. Yeah, good. I ordered more of them so I could replace the insoles in THE REST of my shoes.
I ordered the thin ones too, because some of the shoes I have are a little too tight, or my foot doesn't sink far enough into them and I want to minimize that.
With a smaller insole though, I can fit more sock, to stay warm in the winter.
They're RIDICULOUSLY durable. I've not worn through a pair yet (at least not without wearing through the shoe itself. Yes, the insole outlasted my shoe, imagine that.) , and I've needed to replace my insoles every 4 months or so in the past.
I dunno what to tell you. This is it. The end of barefoot insole technology. Tearing whatever insole comes with the shoe I buy and throwing one of these in is a direct upgrade 100% of the time.
So much lighter than the hard, generic insoles from my chiropractor, and 10x more comfortable.
Just what I ordered!
Absolutely love it, I thought the boots were destined to be replaced but these inserts gave a new life extension to the boots. Boots are in good shape outside but worn alot so inside started to feel worn a bit, these definitely help.
These are perfect! They have breathed new life into my beloved barefoot shoes. Arrived ahead of schedule, and contained a free pair off the latest design, which was a really generous gesture.
Great insoles, however I ordered size 11-12 for size 12 boots, was too short, better to order 13 and trim if needed.
These insoles help you feel more connected with the ground
These truly are zero drop in inserts. They take up no space in your boots or shoes. The best thing is they are stiff so they won’t bunch up like other inserts, and they are form fitting. I’ll be buying more!
I use these for all my barefoot shoes. Feelgrounds and Xero. I do however have to trim around the entire sole to match base, otherwise it bunches up in several areas making a tight fit.
I have neutral to high arches and a wider foot. It's hard to find basketball shoes with a wide toe-box so I buy a half-size or size up and take out the flimsy, flat 3mm insoles and use these 6mm insoles to tighten the fit. I cut these to the exact size of the original insole. The firmness/density of the Run619 foam makes the shoes more responsive. The flat insoles do not effect the intended drop of the shoe architecture. If I pronated or had flatter arches I would probably just glue on an arch pad.

Understanding the Benefits of Our Insoles
At Run 619, we believe that finding the right insole can make all the difference in your comfort and performance. Our insoles are designed to cater to a variety of needs, and we are proud to offer a range of insoles that are no arch, flat, and zero drop. Additionally, our insoles come in both regular and wide widths and are available in three different thicknesses: 3mm, 4.5mm, and 6mm, ensuring a perfect fit for any footwear.
Flat Insoles are ideal for individuals who need a simple, versatile solution for their footwear. They provide even support across the entire foot, making them perfect for those who prefer a minimalist approach. Flat insoles are excellent for replacing an existing insole that has worn out, offering renewed comfort without altering the fit of your shoes. Depending on the thickness you select, they can also help maintain a close-to-ground feel.
No Arch Insoles are designed for people who need a flat surface underfoot, often required for those with flat feet or specific foot conditions. These insoles can be used under or over an existing orthotic, providing an added layer of comfort and support without interfering with the orthotic's function.
Zero Drop Insoles ensure that there is no height difference between the heel and the toe. This promotes a more natural foot position, which can enhance your posture and reduce the risk of injury. Zero drop insoles are particularly beneficial for those looking to improve their gait mechanics and for runners who want to adopt a more natural running style.

Common Uses
Replacing an existing insole: Refresh the comfort of your shoes with a new, supportive insole.
Used under or over an existing orthotic: Add extra comfort and cushioning without compromising the benefits of your orthotic.
Great for barefoot and minimalist footwear: Maintain that minimalist feel while enhancing comfort and support.
Fix leg length discrepancies: Address differences in leg length to promote better alignment and reduce discomfort.
Shoe spacer for footwear that is too large: Ensure a snug fit in shoes that might otherwise feel too loose.
Reduce volume in footwear that is too tight: Create more space and improve comfort in tighter shoes.
Ideal for both shoes and boots: Versatile design makes them suitable for various types of footwear.
