I’ve lost 50 pounds thanks to Zepbound. Now, no of my shoes fit. Thank goodness I’ve found Run619. These dense insoles do the best job of eating up that extra space in ALL of my shoes. The spongy brand name insoles are too soft to make my shoes smaller. Thank you for the great pricing on factory seconds!

Just what I needed to make my barefoot shoes excellent!

I've used Spenco flat innersoles for years, but no longer. I use hard orthotics, with the innersoles over them. The Run619 innersoles quickly formed to fit the orthotics, making it easier to put the shoes on.

The innersoles you sent perfectly fit my 9.5 men's shoes, so I can avoid trimming. They are smoother, so when I use them in my slippers they don't abrade my feet. And they are firmer, so I can feel the surface under my feet better. This last is particularly important as I'm 83 and have some minor loss of sensation in my feet. The firmness also makes some too-soft shoes that I mistakenly bought more wearable. Finally, the firmness makes it easier to put them in my shoes without lumps and folds. I'm only sorry that I didn't find you years earlier.

Took out factory insoles and put these in. They are flat but supportive and they dont interfere with my orthotic arxhes

Great insoles, however I ordered size 11-12 for size 12 boots, was too short, better to order 13 and trim if needed.

I bought the 619 inserts and I gotta say I am really surprised with them. I normally wear a 10.5 wide shoe and inserts can be hard to fit properly. These are a near perfect fit. I also bought inserts from Dr scholls and trade home and these 619’s are way better. I didn’t know if I would like a simple flat insert but it’s perfect. I would definitely recommend.

I use these for all my barefoot shoes. Feelgrounds and Xero. I do however have to trim around the entire sole to match base, otherwise it bunches up in several areas making a tight fit.

I bought these to replace my hobbibear barefoot shoe inserts. I usually wear a 9 1/2 shoe and got the 9 inserts and they fit perfect and snug.If you are looking for firm inserts these are it, I have normal arches and usually any kind of arch support is very painful to wear.These molded to my feet and feel great. I bought the red ones too for my non barefoot shoes too.

Really good shoe inserts, it takes a little time to break them in, I have not had any issues with them since I bought them

I love these. If you are looking to walk on clouds, don’t bother with these. If you want firm support with zero drop, these are perfect. I use them in my boots, and they hold up for over a year with regular use. I also really like how they form to your feet after a while. 10/10
